Return Policy Overview
Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect products within the specified return window.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 4 days of delivery
- Replacement for damaged or defective products requires a valid unboxing video.
- Wrong items shipped will be replaced at no additional cost
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or burned candles
- Opened fragrance products or perfumes
- Custom or personalized orders
Return Process
- Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Ship the item to the provided return address
- Replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return
