Return Policy Overview

Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect products within the specified return window.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 4 days of delivery
  • Replacement for damaged or defective products requires a valid unboxing video.
  • Wrong items shipped will be replaced at no additional cost

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or burned candles
  • Opened fragrance products or perfumes
  • Custom or personalized orders

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the provided return address
  5. Replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return
